Blockchain is the best technology yet known for protecting various transactions. But cryptoassets have a weak spot - private keys. Keeping private keys in a secure enclave reduces the odds of an “accident” nearly to zero.

How it works

Fast and easy

Quickly authorizes legitimate transactions.

Genuine

Blocks transaction requests initiated by someone who obtained or spoofed your credentials.

Hack-safe

Even if your device has been connected to a compromised PC, Mac, or mobile device, your transactions are still protected.

2
Two-factor authentication

Authenticate yourself securely with your device.

FAQ

Got questions?

What is the difference between Ballet and Securator?

Technically speaking, they use the same Secure Element chip and the only difference is that Securator has a screen which shows the full wallet hash and additional info, which makes it easier for wallet owner to control the transaction and more difficult for attackers to grab hold of your cryptocurrency.

How do I recover my cryptowallet with BlockVault?

To recover your wallet, you will need to retrieve your private keys stored on the physical backup copy of your device. Once you connect your device with private key to a PC, Mac or mobile running the companion app, your wallet will be automatically recovered from the blockchain’s history of transactions.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported on the device?

The first version of the firmware and software is planned to support Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, Dash, Zcash, Ripple, and ERC20. We are researching the possibility to support other cryptocurrencies in the next versions of software and firmware updates, including Bitcoin Gold, Monero, and Dogecoin.

Can I create multiple wallets?

Yes, the device allows for creation of multiple wallets. The only limitation to the number of wallets is the amount of memory inside the device, including protected flash memory.

What is BlockVault?

BlockVault is a name for a service that includes making a copy of your cryptowallet device and storing it in a safe offline location (vault).

Will your wallet support Lisk (LSK)?

The list of cryptocurrencies we plan to support in the first version of firmware and software includes only those that are listed above. But we are researching the possibility of expanding the list of supported cryptocurrencies in future.

Do you store the private key?

No, we don’t. The Secure Element architecture provides for generation, storage and all operations using the Private Key inside the protected memory area, and we don’t have access to it.
